The Key Points of Zinester's Privacy Policy
1. You don't need to provide any personal
information in order to use any of Zinester's services. The only
requirement is a valid email address.
2. We do not store any personal
information except for an email address and a name (optional). The
email database will never be sold, rented or otherwise discolsed to a
third party*.
3. Our system usus cookies for technical
reasons. They are an important part of our user authorization
procedure. We don't store passwords in cookies, of course, but we use
them in order to identify an active session of a logged in user. This
ensures 100% security for subscribers when managing their accounts.
4. Choice/Opt-in. Zinester is a double
opt-in mailing lists service. The subscription procedure requires the
users personal authorization: no subscription is active until the user
personally confirms his decision**.
5. Choice/Opt-out. A user can cease
using Zinester and any of it's services at any time. Various
unsubscription options are provided for subscribers. If any problems
are encountered, you can always contact
support@zinester.com.
6. Anti-Spam. Zinester runs a strict
Anti-Spam Policy.
There is no way of using Zinester's service for posting junk emails.
* There are circumstances, when your email can be disclosed to the
publisher of the ezine you are subscribed to. This can be done only
via a personal arrangement with Zinester's staff and thus is protected
from possible misusage.
** An exception can be made for publishers who are moving
their ezine from another service. In this case it is the publisher's
prior duty to inform his subscribers about new subscription management
details.
